Upon arrival at the airport, a representative will meet you at Exit 2. They will have a sign bearing your name. They will accompany you to your transfer.

ACCOMMODATION

Rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival at each hotel.

Rooms must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in before 3.00 p.m. will be charged at 100% of the room rate. In the event of a request for early arrival, the hotel will do its best to make a room available before 3.00 p.m. at no extra charge, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Any late check-out after 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, hotels may be replaced by hotels of a similar standard.
