Visit to the Shell Museum and its exhibition of shells found on Siquijor.
Meeting with a "Bolo-bolo" healer. A healing ritual involves the use of a glass of clean water, a black stone, and a tube. Using the tube, the healer blows into the glass of water, moving it across the affected area of the patient's body. The water in the glass slowly becomes cloudy, filled with brown, cottony organic matter believed to be the bad elements removed from the patient's body. The process is repeated several times until the water remains clear, an indication that the impurities causing the disease have been eradicated.
