Formalities:

For travellers who have booked the package with flights included, schedules will be announced when the voucher is sent (max. 48 hours before departure) along with the names of the hotels.

For people booking the "hotel-only" package (without international flights), please send us your flight details as soon as possible via the contact form located in "Help and contact" at the bottom of the page, so that we can organise your transfers.

Transfers:

Return airport-hotel transfers are included regardless of whether you have chosen the package with or without transport.

Inter-hotel transfers are included during the stay.

Return transfers from Bangkok to Koh Samui are included and operated on domestic flights.

Return transfers from Koh Samui to Koh Tao are included and operated by ferry.

Any travel on free days is at the customer's expense.

Expenses not included: Gratuities and other personal expenses, including excursions and visits, are at the customer's expense.
