If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. U.S. citizens must hold a valid passport to enter Portugal. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen Area and must have been issued within the previous ten years.

U.S. nationals are exempt from Schengen visa requirements for short-term tourism or business stays in Portugal and the Schengen Area, for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

Once the European ETIAS system is implemented, U.S. travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to departure to the Schengen Area.

Final admission to Portuguese territory is determined by border control authorities upon arrival. Travelers may be required to present proof of onward or return travel, accommodation details, travel insurance, and sufficient financial means.

Travelers are advised to review health recommendations prior to departure. No vaccinations are mandatory for entry into Portugal when traveling from the United States; however, routine vaccinations should be up to date.
