Golf Getaway and the Wonders of Thailand 4*
From Bangkok to Phuket, this golf tour has been crafted as a true journey across Thailand for those passionate about both the game and travel. From the lush landscapes of Khao Yai to the culturally rich mountains of Chiang Mai, and from the deep jungle of Khao Sok to the striking karst formations of Phang Nga, each stage reveals a different facet of the country. Six 18‑hole courses have been selected for the quality of their design, the beauty of their surroundings and the technical challenges they offer, with the option to add a seventh for those wishing to take the experience even further. Here, golf is not simply an addition to the itinerary, it is the thread that ties the entire journey together.
Each course is set in a different region and serves as a gateway to a different perspective on Thailand, combining cultural discovery, nature and history. After a round of golf, you’ll discover a local market, an iconic site, a national park or a more intimate setting, which lends the itinerary real depth. Accompanied by an English-speaking Thai guide, the itinerary offers a more authentic immersion, far from the overly conventional tourist routes, in contrasting and often unspoilt regions. The pace is deliberately balanced, alternating between days of golf, time for exploration, beautiful hotels, wellness breaks and free time, so you can travel with your clubs in hand without ever losing touch with the Thai spirit.

Day 2 | Bangkok
On this first day, we’ll take a leisurely tour of Bangkok – without any golf – so you can soak up the atmosphere of the capital at your own pace and recover from your flight. You’ll start on foot with a tour of the must-see sights in the historic centre: the Grand Palace and its sacred temples, including Wat Phra Kaew and the Emerald Buddha, followed by Wat Pho and its majestic reclining Buddha. Along the way, we suggest stopping at a local market to sample some Thai street food, with the opportunity to enjoy a traditional foot massage (optional).
In the afternoon, a boat trip along the klongs reveals an intimate and authentic side of Bangkok, amongst wooden houses, small shrines and peaceful neighbourhoods, with a memorable passage past the majestic Grand Buddha, which looms into view as you navigate the canals. As the day draws to a close, Wat Arun is bathed in a soft golden light and, from a terrace facing the temple, you can savour a cocktail before enjoying an evening at your leisure, whether you choose to return to the tranquillity of the hotel or immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Chinatown and its night market.
