Bali Tour from Ubud to Seminyak 4^*

Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, the capital of Bali, known as "the island of a thousand temples". Your guide will welcome you in the arrivals hall and you will be transferred to the hotel in Ubud where you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Ubud is well-known as the art centre of Bali, geographically located in the centre of the island, and is home to many famous local and foreign artists.

Enjoy your breakfast before being picked up at the hotel at 9:00 a.m.. Our first stop is the stone carvers' village called Batu Bulan to witness the colourful and exciting Barong & Kris dance, which tells the story of the eternal struggle between good and evil, a Hindu epic from the Mahabharata. After the performance, we will head northeast, covering part of the entire island of Bali, from palm-fringed coasts and lowlands to towering mountains. We will visit the famous woodcarvers' village to observe workers carving intricate patterns from various types of wood, and we will visit the renowned village of goldsmiths and silversmiths. Next, we will visit the Elephant Cave known as Goa Gajah. It is one of the historical sites, a complex built in the 11th century. The next stop will take you to Kintamani, to enjoy the spectacular view of Mount Batur with ribbons of black lava descending from the summit into the valley below. The crater is sacred, and a shrine at the top is dedicated to the goddess of fertility. Lake Batur is peaceful and shimmering against the backdrop of mountains. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant. The return journey takes us to see the magnificent Tegallalang rice terraces, with the final stop in Ubud, the village of artists and dancers. Return to the hotel around 5:00 p.m..

Your day begins at 9:00 AM with a visit to Taman Ayun, the royal temple of Mengwi. Built in 1634, this impressive temple is the most sacred in Bali. It is surrounded by wide moats, giving the impression of being in the middle of a lake. From there, continue to Bedugul. This pleasant mountain village is situated by Lake Bratan, and you can visit its botanical gardens and fresh produce market. Due to its high altitude and cooler climate, Bedugul is Bali's agricultural centre for vegetables. Next, enjoy your lunch in the form of a set menu at a local private retreat by the lake, now open to the public. At the end of the day, you will head to Tanah Lot temple, the most photographed in Bali. The temple is perched on a small rocky islet inaccessible at high tide, return to the hotel.

Overnight in Ubud.

Breakfast at the hotel and free time until departure. You will be picked up at 12:00 for your transfer to Seminyak. You will arrive around 14:00 for check-in and have the rest of the day free.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and take advantage of a free morning. In the afternoon, you will be picked up at 3:00 PM and taken to Uluwatu, a magnificent sacred temple located at the southern tip of Bali, a stunning monument perched above the sea. The temple and its surroundings are home to hundreds of monkeys, considered the guardians of the locals. Experience Bali's best sunset, with a romantic atmosphere and a golden hue on the horizon. The show tells the eternal love story between Rama and Shinta. Return to your vehicle for a short transfer to Jimbaran to end the day with a hearty dinner of fresh, grilled seafood. Return to the hotel, where you will arrive around 9:00 PM.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the transfer to Denpasar Airport for your return flight.
