Formalities
For travellers who have booked the package deal including flights, the timetable and relevant flight information will be communicated to them no later than 48 hours prior to their departure. This information will be sent with the voucher.

Accommodation:
For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by accommodation of the same category. The order of the stops and the programme may be modified according to the constraints at destination. Any specific request regarding the type of sleeping (double bed, separate beds) is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

Note: In Japan, hotel rooms are often quite narrow and beds small.

Check-in is usually in the middle of the afternoon (15h-16h).

Check-out is usually in the morning (10h).

Accommodations included in this trip are not suitable for people with reduced mobility and babies (0 to 1.99 years).

Meals:
Breakfast: If due to airline schedules, the first and last day are shortened by late arrival or early departure, no meal refunds will be made. Depending on the time constraints of the excursions or transport to the destination (train, bus, transfer, ferry, etc.), meals not taken at the hotel are at the customer's expense.

Transport information:
RAIL TRANSPORT:
In Japan, the train is the most convenient way to travel. Both large cities and villages are well served, the Japanese rail network is diverse and very functional. It offers the possibility to travel with the famous Shinkansen, the Japanese high-speed train, and its 320km per hour!

PRIVATE TRANSFER:
With the private transfer service, a driver will collect you from the airport arrival hall and take you directly to the entrance of your hotel (and vice versa). Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name.
