Weather

Food quality

The food in Vietnam is excellent, fresh and tasty, with a varied cuisine using lots of herbs, vegetables, meat and seafood. Dishes such as pho, banh mi and spring rolls are popular and delicious. Ingredients are often local and fresh, adding to the quality of the dishes. Street stalls and small restaurants offer authentic fare at affordable prices, although cleanliness varies.
