Your detailed itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Denpasar Airport – Ubud

Arrival at Denpasar Airport. Customs formalities. Welcome by a local representative. Transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle with your driver. Arrival at the hotel.

Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Ubud.

Day 2: Ubud – Kintamani – Ubud

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Kintamani via Tampak Siring to visit the beautiful site of Gunung Kawi and its nine ancient royal tombs of King Wungsu and their descendants. Then continue on to discover the sacred springs of Tirta Empul, whose waters are reputed to be miraculous, before heading up towards Kintamani to admire the lovely landscape of Mount Batur and the volcanic lake of the same name. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, return downhill towards Ubud via the village of Tegallalang to taste Balinese coffee while admiring its superb rice terraces, before heading back to the hotel.

Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Ubud.

Days 3 and 4: Ubud

Breakfasts at the hotel. Stays at leisure, according to your preferences.

Meals at leisure. Nights in Ubud.

Day 5: Ubud – Lombok

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure and private transfer to Padang Bai, where you will take the speedboat (1 hr 30 crossing) to Bangsal, Lombok. Your driver will be waiting for you at the port to take you to Senggigi.

Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Lombok.

Day 6: Lombok - Gili Islands - Lombok

Breakfast at the hotel. This excursion is specially designed for those who wish to discover and enjoy Lombok’s underwater world. The guide will take you by speedboat across the mainland to the harbour, heading towards the waters of Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. Enjoy an unforgettable snorkelling experience among hundreds of tropical fish and stunning coral. A delicious lunch will be served in one of the local restaurants on Gili Island, and you will be able to soak up tropical island life with activities such as cycling, swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing as you please. Return to the hotel.

Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Lombok.

Day 7: Lombok – Amed

Breakfast at the hotel. Return to Bali, transfer back to Padang Bai by speedboat, where the driver will be waiting to take you to the next destination: Amed.

Meals at leisure. Overnight in Amed.

Day 8: Amed

Breakfast at the hotel. You will then set off for Lempuyang Temple. This temple complex comprises seven temples, each with a unique architectural design and significant artistic value. Lunch in a local restaurant. Then visit Tirta Gangga and its water palace. Nestled in lush greenery, the setting is formed by a natural spring that flows into large pools adorned with numerous statues and fountains. Return to the hotel.

Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Amed.

Days 9 and 10: Amed

Breakfasts at the hotel. Stays at leisure, as you wish.

Meals at leisure. Nights in Amed.

Day 11: Amed – Return to Denpasar Airport

Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning.

Transfer to Denpasar Airport for the return flight.

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.
Unless otherwise stated in the service description, activities and any additional services available at destination are provided in the language of the destination country and in English.

Travel documents

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Regarding the transport documents (in the case of a reservation with transport included), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.
To take advantage of all your reserved services (hotels, transfers, activities, etc.), you will receive one or more exchange vouchers to be presented to each supplier.
The contact details of the establishment will be specified in these documents, to help make your arrival at your destination as straight-forward as possible.

Transportation

Choose an offer and, according to your preferences, opt for a seat in economy, business or first class.

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not luggage is included at the time of your booking.
You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.

Polish citizens must hold a valid passport to enter Indonesia. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Indonesia and must contain at least one blank page.

Polish nationals may obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) or an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VoA) for short-term tourism or business travel. The visa is valid for an initial stay of 30 days and may be extended once for the same duration.

Final admission to Indonesian territory is determined by immigration authorities upon arrival. Travelers may be required to present proof of onward or return travel, accommodation details, and sufficient financial means for the duration of their stay.

Travelers are advised to review health recommendations prior to departure. Certain vaccinations may be recommended for travel to Indonesia, including hepatitis A and typhoid. A yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if travelers have transited through or originated from a country at risk. Routine vaccinations should be up to date. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation is strongly recommended.

Travelers must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations during their stay. Local laws may differ from those in Poland, and identity checks may be conducted by local authorities.
