Visa
Polish citizens do not need a visa for tourist or business stays in Türkiye of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. For longer stays or other purposes (study, work, residence), a visa must be obtained before departure via the official website https://www.visa.gov.tr . Travellers of other nationalities should check the requirements applicable to their passport on the official website only: https://www.evisa.gov.tr .
Identity documents
Polish citizens travelling individually or in a group may enter Türkiye with one of the following documents, presented in physical form and in good condition:
The mObywatel app is not accepted. When entering with an ID card, travellers receive an entry confirmation slip (stamped and dated): it must be kept until the end of the trip and presented at border control when leaving Türkiye. Minors must hold their own valid identity document.
Health
No vaccination is mandatory for travellers entering Türkiye directly from Poland; however, routine vaccinations should be up to date. Before departure, we recommend consulting the health advice of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (https://www.gov.pl/web/gis (https://www.gov.pl/web/gis)), and taking precautions regarding water and food consumption.
During your stay
Travellers must comply with Turkish laws and regulations during their stay. Local laws and customs may differ from those in Poland, and identity checks may be carried out by local authorities: please always carry your identity document with you.
