On arrival at the airport in Mombasa, you will be greeted and transferred to the Serena Beach Resort & Spa hotel. You will be staying in a garden view room (or sea view room as an option).

Morning check-out from your hotel room. Pick-up from your hotel at 5 a.m. and departure for Tsavo West National Park. Once in the park, the driver will open the roof of your bus, so you can stand up and feel the wind in your hair. Welcome to Africa, the safari has begun! Tsavo is the largest national park in Kenya. It is divided from east to west by the motorway.

Keep your eyes peeled for a chance of spotting great herds of buffalo, elephants, zebras and impala. Masai giraffes and hippos also roam Kenya's largest national park.

You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, where you can enjoy some free time so you can relax before leaving for your afternoon safari. Return to the lodge at sunset.

Overnight stay at the Kilaguni Serena Lodge (or similar) on a full-board basis.

Morning game-drive in Tsavo West National Park followed by breakfast at the lodge and then on to Amboseli National Park. Weather permitting, you will have the opportunity to admire the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in front of you. Enjoy the incredible view on the way. You will arrive at the lodge for lunch and, after a good meal and a rest, you'll head back to the national park to discover the African fauna. Return to the camp at sunset.

Night at the Amboseli Serena Lodge (or similar) on a full-board basis.

Breakfast at the lodge followed by a morning game-drive on the way to Taita Hills. Arrival, check-in and lunch at the Saltlick Lodge. A legendary lodge, with rooms on stilts in rondavel huts built on two levels, well above ground level, offering breathtaking views of the sanctuary. Later in the afternoon, you will set off on a safari in the sanctuary. Return to the lodge at sunset.

Early morning game drive in the park, followed by breakfast at the lodge, then return to your four-star Serena Beach Resort & Spa hotel for late afternoon arrival. Check-in at your hotel in a garden view room (or optional sea view room).

Free days at Serena Beach Resort & Spa. Enjoy the daily activities organised by the hotel. Excursions can be organised on site by our local representative (at an additional cost). After several days on safari, relax by the pool or on the magnificent sandy white beach. Take advantage of the care and massages offered by the spa and wellness centre to relax.

Check-out from your hotel room at 10 a.m. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to Mombasa airport for your return flight.

Stroll along the beach that spans the length of the hotel from the early hours and admire the sunrise. After a hearty breakfast, relax by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet of this tranquil place. Then head to the spa to bask in the tranquillity with a soothing massage. Once feeling rested, head out on a safari, which you will have booked with the tour desk, and meet Kenya's treasures.

The safari includes initial reception and assistance, a 6-seater minibus safari vehicle with panoramic sunroof during the game drives with window seat and local driver guide, entry fees and government taxes.

The holiday schedule and itinerary, as well as the safari accommodation, may be subject to change in the event of unavailability. Where appropriate, similar accommodation will be provided as a replacement.

The prices of park entry fees and other fees are subject to change without notice. You will be informed of any such increases.

Upon arrival at the hotel, our local representative will provide you with dates and explanations regarding the safari trip.

Please note that your safari will take place during your stay at the hotel and that you will need to check out at the hotel before going on safari. We advise that you bring a bag for the safari; your luggage will stay with the hotel's concierge.

Please note that Saltlick Lodge cannot accommodate children under the age of 6.

The transport to the safari site is by bus, but game drives are by minibus for a maximum of 6 people with a local driver-guide.

Tips for guides are not included in the price; please allow around 5 euros/day/person.
