Next, fly to Japan and arrive in Tokyo, an electrifying megalopolis that embodies the energy and creativity of Japan. Next, your itinerary will take you to Kyoto, the former imperial capital and cultural heart of the country, where you can immerse yourself in traditional Japan. Next, travel to Hiroshima, where emotion and history converge to convey a universal message of peace. Finally, set sail for Osaka, famous forits welcoming atmosphere, exceptional cuisine and vibrant energy. This vibrant city is the perfect finale to this unforgettable journey.

Your detailed itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Seoul
Upon arrival at Seoul Airport (ICN),collect your Pocket WiFi there.
Board the limousine bus to thecity centre. Overnight stay in Seoul.
Day 2 | Exploring the South Korean capital
Have breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day in Seoul to visit whatever you wish. Stay overnight in Seoul.
Recommendation: Discover Seoul's five grand palaces – Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung, Deoksugung and Gyeonghuigung – which are true jewels of the Joseon dynasty and now major historical symbols of the city.
Use your T-money card, which is pre-loaded with 30,000 KRW, to get around the city more easily.
Day 3 | Another day in Seoul
Have breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day in Seoul to visit whatever you wish. Overnight stay in Seoul.
Day 4 | Off to Busan, South Korea’s second-largest city
Have breakfast at the hotel, then depart by train for Busan.
Enjoy free time and an overnight stay in Busan.
Recommendation: Take a stroll through the charming village of Gamcheon with its colourful houses perched on the hillside. This artistic neighbourhood boasts a labyrinth of narrow streets, murals, and small galleries, offering unique views of the city and the sea.
Day 5 | Busan
Have breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy a free day in Busan. Overnight stay in Busan.
Recommendation: Visit the many temples scattered throughout the city, such as the Haedong Yonggungsa and Beomeosa temples, which are true cultural gems.
Day 6 | Off to Japan: First stop in Tokyo
Have breakfast at the hotel.Take the underground to Busan Airport using your T-Money card.Returnyour Korean Pocket WiFi at the airport.
Take the flight from Busan to Tokyo, then transfer to the city centre by limousine bus.Collect your Pocket Wifi from the hotel reception to enjoy internet access throughout your trip to Japan.

Day 7 | Exploring the Japanese capital
Have breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day in Tokyo to visit whatever you wish. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
Recommendation: Explore the traditional neighbourhoods of Asakusa and Ueno, home to the magnificent Senso-ji Temple and Sumida Park. Continue with a stroll through Yanaka, also known as "Old Tokyo".
Day 8 | Tokyo
Have breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Tokyo. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
Recommendation: Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Akihabara, a paradise for fans of pop culture, video games, and manga. With its neon lights, electronics shops and themed cafés, this neighbourhood encapsulates the full spectrum of Japanese culture.
Day 9 | Next stop: the unmissable Kyoto
Have breakfast at the hotel, then depart by train for Kyoto.
Enjoy free time and an overnight stay in Kyoto.
Recommendation: The Gion district of Kyoto. As you stroll through its historic streets, lined with wooden houses and traditional lanterns, try to catch a glimpse of the maiko-san. In the evening, continue the experience with a magical walk to the Fushimi Inari Shrine, which is adorned with thousands of illuminated torii gates.
Day 10 | Another day in Kyoto
Have breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Kyoto. Overnight stay in Kyoto.
Recommendation: The Arashiyama district is a must-see in Kyoto. Take a stroll through the famous bamboo forest, explore the peaceful temples and admire the stunning scenery along the banks of the Hozu River.
Day 11 | Hiroshima’s rebirth
Have breakfast at the hotel. Activate your five-day JR Kansai Hiroshima Area Pass. Use your pass to catch the train to Hiroshima from Kyoto Station.
Enjoy free time and an overnight stay in Hiroshima.
Recommendation: Visit the Peace Memorial Park and its museum in Hiroshima for a poignant insight into the country's history.
Day 12 | Hiroshima
Have breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Hiroshima. Overnight stay in Hiroshima.
Recommendation: Discover the sacred island of Miyajima with its free-roaming deer, peaceful temples, and forest trails. Admire the famous floating torii gate at Itsukushima Shrine, which is one of Japan's most iconic landmarks.
Day 13 | Onwards to Osaka
Have breakfast at the hotel. Then, head to Hiroshima Station to catch the train to Osaka using your pass. Enjoy some free time, then spend the night in Osaka.
Recommendation: Explore Osaka Castle, then soak up the lively atmosphere of Dotonbori with its neon lights, street food, and vibrant nightlife.
Day 14 | Another day in Osaka
Have breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Osaka. Overnight stay in Osaka.
Recommendation: Take a day trip to Nara. Visit the Great Buddha at Todai-ji Temple, stroll through the park with its free-roaming deer, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this former imperial capital. The round trip by train from Osaka's Tennoji Station can easily be done in a day.
Day 15 | Departure from Osaka for the return flight
Have breakfast at the hotel. Use your Kansai Hiroshima Pass to take the train to Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX) for your return flight.

Please note that, in the event of technical constraints or unavailability, hotels may be replaced with accommodation of a similar standard.

During your tour, breakfast will be provided from day 2 to day 15.
Please note that if you depart early on the last day, outside of the restaurant's opening hours, the hotel cannot provide breakfast and it will therefore be at your own expense.

ACCOMMODATION
Minimum occupancy: 1 person.
Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
Infants (0-2 years) not permitted.
Check-in is usually in the mid-afternoon (3pm-4pm).
For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced with similar accommodation, and the order of visits may change.
In Japan and South Korea, hotel rooms and beds are often quite small.
The accommodation included in this trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Please note that some hotels offer an eco-stay package. (Bed linen and room cleaning are provided approximately every 3 days, depending on the establishment.)
Specific requests regarding the type of bed (double/separate) and other accommodation requests or special conditions are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
If the first and last days are shortened due to late arrival or early departure imposed by the airlines' schedules, no refund will be given.
Similarly, any included meals that cannot be taken due to these schedules will not be refunded.
As part of this offer, breakfast is included during the tour. Other meals are at your own expense.
TRANSPORTATION
his is an unguided trip. You will travel and visit places on your own during your stay.
Afterbooking, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport in order to reserve rail transport in South Korea and air transport between South Korea and Japan.
Limousine bus transfer: Seoul Incheon Airport (ICN) - city centre - Seoul Incheon Airport (ICN). The limousine bus (public transport) connects the airport to the city centre. The stops closest to your accommodation will be provided in your travel booklet. Depending on the location of your hotel, the connection between the limousine bus stop and your accommodation may be on foot, by metro or by bus.
In Seoul, this service is subject to:
- Arrival at Incheon Airport (ICN) between 5am and 9pm.
- Departure from Incheon Airport (ICN) between 9am and 7pm
Outside these hours, transfers will be at your own expense. A supplement for a private transfer may be offered.
In case of arrival at Gimpo Airport (GMP), transfers will be at your own expense.
T-money Transport Card: The T-Money card can be used to pay for journeys on the underground, bus or taxi, as well as in certain shops. Your card will be preloaded with 30,000 KRW to cover the cost of your journeys. You can also top up your card with cash at a top-up terminal in underground stations or at a convenience store.
Seoul-Busan train: The train is the ideal way to travel around South Korea. Busan is about three hours from Seoul. Please note that train timetables will be provided in your travel booklet.
Busan-Tokyo flight: The flight between Busan and Tokyo may include a stopover. Please note that the maximum checked luggage allowance is 15 kg. One checked bag and one carry-on bag per person are included.
Limousine bus transfer from Tokyo airport to the city centre: The limousine bus (public transport) connects the airport to the city centre. The stops closest to your accommodation will be provided in your travel journal. Depending on the location of your hotel, the connection between the limousine bus stop and your accommodation may be on foot, by underground or by bus. For any postal address outside the United Kingdom, depending on availability, limousine buses may be replaced by train tickets or a shared shuttle.
Tokyo-Kyoto train: It's impossible to imagine travelling between these two cities any other way than on board a Japanese high-speed train! The Shinkansen Express provides everything you need for the short 2hr20min journey to Kyoto. Please note that train timetables will be provided in your travel booklet.
Kansai Hiroshima Area Pass: The train is one of the most convenient and fastest means of transport in Japan. With a well-developed rail network, you can easily access the country's main points of interest.Your pass is valid for five days and gives you access to all trains on the JR rail system, as well as JR buses, certain express lines (excluding express buses), and certain JR ferries.
Use your train pass to travel from your hotel to Kansai Airport (KIX).You are responsible for arranging your own transfer to Kansai Airport (KIX) using the pass included in your package.
If you are returning from Kobe Airport (UKB) or Itami Airport (ITM), you are responsible for your own transfers.
If you have an early morning flight scheduled to depart before 10am, you will need to make your own way to the airport by means other than your pass, as the train timetable does not allow you to reach the airport in time. A supplement for a private transfer may be available.
