When you arrive at the airport, a representative will meet you at Exit 2 holding a sign with your name on it. They will then accompany you to your transfer.

ACCOMMODATION

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at each hotel.

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in before 3:00 p.m. is charged at 100% of the room rate. In the event of a request for early arrival, the hotel will do its best to release a room before 3:00 p.m. at no additional charge, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Any late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, hotels may be replaced by hotels of a similar standard.
