Today, let's discover Bogotá the "rolos" way. Our walking tour of the capital takes us to its most authentic and historic spots. La Candelaria, the historic centre, is full of charm with its brightly coloured houses, carved wooden balconies, and flower-filled patios. Following in the footsteps of our guide during a hike, we will discover an extraordinary valley where the wax palms, the national tree, give the landscape a surreal dimension. We then discover the "bosques de niebla ", a very special ecosystem in which we can observe some of the region's characteristic birds. Return to Salento for lunch.

You'll have some free time to explore this charming little village on your own, and why not set off to climb the rock known as Piedra el Peñol. The 'Piedra del Peñol' is a 220-metre-high monolith composed of quartz, feldspar and mica. It was first climbed in 1954 by Luis Eduardo Villegas López, a local resident. Guatapé has grown in popularity over the years, not only because of this unusual rock, but also because the landscape of unusual lagoons that can be discovered from the top of its steps is ideal for sailing and other water sports. The charm of its colourful village, which is listed as a natural and environmental heritage site, should also be mentioned.

**Transfer from your hotel to Cartagena airport ** Duration: approx. 20 min. **International flight to Panama City. Transfer from Tocumen international airport to your hotel ** Duration: approx. 40min.

Accompanied by a local guide, you'll visit the highlights of Panama, including dazzling Balboa Avenue, the local fruit and grocery market, Panama la Vieja and Casco Antiguo, where you can stroll through Panama's lively squares, observe the colonial-era architecture of the Metropolitan Cathedral and the remaining historic houses in the district, which is the oldest in Panama City and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will then drive to the famous Miraflores Locks to learn more about the workings of this feat of modern engineering. Return to the hotel at the end of the day. Duration: approx. 6 hours.

One hour from the city, departing from the port of Corotú, located on Lake Alajuela, you'll climb aboard a "piragua ", a traditional handmade pirogue, which will take you through the abundant nature of the Chagres River. You'll sail to the foothills of the indigenous community to discover exclusive beaches where you'll have free time to enjoy a swim and cold drinks. At lunchtime, you'll enjoy a traditional meal prepared on site, to which we'll add avocados, coffee and seasonal fruit. On the way back, you'll head for the entrance to a trail that ends at a picturesque waterfall (the walk lasts around 15-25 minutes, and varies according to the season, which influences the water level and changes the path). The indigenous community we visit is one of the most remote, offering the chance to enjoy wild beaches without crowds. For greater safety, we rely on our native companions, who have been our friends for years and know the terrain, climate and dynamics of the park perfectly when walking or going to the river. Duration: 7 hrs.

Departure from Panama City to the Atlantic coast and Portobello. We set off on a day-long coastal cruise to discover the most beautiful tropical beaches in the Caribbean, all the way to Isla Grande. The turquoise waters beckon us to take a swim or go snorkelling (equipment available for small groups). Lunch on Isla Grande (not included) at a delicious local restaurant. If we wish, we can make a stop at Portobello Fort, a military relic from the days of the Spanish colonial empire. Tour duration: 10h - Ground transportation: 3h.
