Day 1: Arrival in Denpasar - Ubud

Your driver and travel expert will be waiting for you at the airport. After a brief introduction of this wonderful Bali itinerary, you will proceed to your hotel.
During the journey, you will observe the first Balinese images, which reflect the cultural diversity of the southern region of the island. The small restaurants will catch your eye with their vibrant colours and unique cuisine, while the locals offer their first smiles of greeting.

Day 2: Ubud

Volkswagen Safari ride

This morning you swap your ordinary vehicle for a VolksWagen convertible. These vintage vehicles allow you to discover the splendid Balinese back roads with greater intensity.
Places visited: Pasar Gianyar, Tibuwana waterfall, Gunung Kawi, Tirta Empul, Tegalallang, Monkey forest

Duration: full day.

Day 3: Ubud

Free day in Ubud

You've got the day off. Relax by the pool, in your accommodation, or in one of the city's famous spas. You'll also have the chance to stroll the streets at your own pace, visiting art galleries and museums as well as markets and stores.

Day 4: Ubud

Climbing the volcano Mount Batur

At around 4 a.m. you will set off for Mount Batur. The climb, on foot, takes between 1h30 and 2h. You will reach the summit before the first sun rays over the sea. You'll find yourself at the summit of the volcano, over 1,700 metres above sea level, flirting with the clouds. Below, Lake Batur. In the distance, Bali's other volcanoes: Abang, Agung and Batukaru on the right. Steam rises from the crater walls. You will walk around the crater and back down.
Meet up with your driver and back in the car. Should you have any remaining energy, we would recommend a visit to Pura Batur, where you can relax in the natural hot springs.

Day 5: Ubud

Free day in Ubud

You've got the day off. Relax by the pool, in your accommodation, or in one of the city's famous spas. You'll also have the chance to stroll the streets at your own pace, visiting art galleries and museums as well as markets and stores.

Day 6: Ubud - Gili Air

Transfer to the nearby island of Gili Air

Transfer from Ubud to Padangbai pier. You will proceed to Gili Air via a boat transfer from Padangbai. On arrival, no motorised vehicles are allowed! So it's by horse-drawn carriage or on foot that you will reach your accommodation.

Day 7: Gili Air

Free day on Gili Air

A day of relaxation! Gili Air will seduce you not only with its white sandy beaches, but also with its diving and snorkelling spots. The area boasts extraordinary seabeds teeming with fish of all sizes and colours. A genuine change of scenery awaits you. Swim in the turquoise waters, surrounded by a multitude of colourful marine life.
You may even have the opportunity to observe a turtle swimming peacefully by. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, scuba diving is an excellent option, where the occasional black tip shark can be observed. You may wish to enjoy a brief period of sunbathing or a walk along the coastline. The island can be easily circumnavigated on foot or by bicycle. Please allow approximately 2 hour for the former and 1 hours for the latter.
This day is all about nature and farniente. Leave the stresses of everyday life behind and enjoy a relaxing break in this island paradise.

Day 8: Gili Air

Snorkel and explore the underwater world

Snorkelling and diving excursion by boat
Meet your captain and board a small wooden boat to discover the treasures of the Gili archipelago. You'll stop off at some of the best snorkelling spots to observe corals and fishes of a thousand colours, as well as sea turtles, of which there are many around the Gili Islands.

Days 9 and 10: Gili Air

A day of relaxation! Gili Air will seduce you not only with its white sandy beaches, but also with its diving and snorkelling spots. Return to Bali

You will board a boat at Gili Air for Padangbai. You then leave Padangbai for Sanur, in southern Bali.

Today your driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Denpasar airport for your flight.

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Regarding the transport documents (in the case of a reservation with transport included), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.

Transportation

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.

You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.
