Your detailed itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Nairobi
On arrival at Nairobi airport, you will be met and transferred to your 4-star Azure Airport Hotel. You will stay in a standard room.
Overnight at the 3-star Hotel Boulevard on a breakfast basis
Day 2 | Nairobi - Maasai Mara
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll be met and briefed by your driver-guide, then set off for the Maasai Mara reserve. You'll pass through acres of wheat and barley farms to Narok, the district headquarters for this part of Maasailand. From here, cross the vast plains at the bottom of the Rift Valley while watching for herds of giraffe and gazelle before heading towards the nearest escarpment. You'll arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and then enjoy a moment of relaxation before returning to the park for your afternoon safari. Return to the lodge at sunset.
Overnight at the 3-star Simba + Oryx Nature Camp (or similar) on a full-board basis
Day 3 | Maasai Mara
A full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara. Its landscape of rolling plains, woodlands, riparian forests and hills is home to millions of animals. Its famous Mara River hosts the annual wildebeest migration spectacle. The reserve is also a birdwatcher's paradise with over 450 different species. Return to the lodge at sunset.
Overnight at the 3-star Simba + Oryx Nature Camp (or similar) on a full-board basis
Day 4 | Maasai Mara - Lake Naivasha
After breakfast at the lodge, set out for Lake Naivasha. Arrival and check-in at the Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Lunch at the lodge. In the late afternoon, enjoy a one-hour boat trip on Lake Naivasha.

Day 5 | Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, set out for Amboseli. If the weather is clear, you'll see the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro right in front of you. You'll arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and then enjoy a moment of relaxation before returning to the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to camp at sunset.
Overnight at the 4-star Amboseli Sentrim Camp (or similar) on a full-board basis
Day 6 | Amboseli National Park - Tsavo East National Park
Early morning game drive followed by departure for Tsavo East National Park. This park is famous for its magnificent landscapes, volcanic hills, rivers and a wide variety of animal and plant species. In addition to large herds of red elephants, other attractions include Lugard Falls, Mudanda Rock, and the Aruba Dam.
Overnight stay at the 3-star Voi Wildlife Lodge (or similar) on a full-board basis.
Day 7 | Tsavo East National Park - Diani Beach
Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive in the park, before heading on to Diani Beach. Arrival at your beach hotel in the late afternoon. Check into a Standard Garden View Room.

Days 8 & 9 | Diani Beach at your leisure
Spend your days at leisure at the Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa. After several days of safari, relax by the pool or on the beautiful white sandy beach. Indulge in the treatments and massages on offer at the spa and wellness centre to relax.

Day 10 | Departure from Mombasa
Leave your hotel by 10am. Transfer to the airport in Mombasa to catch your flight home. End of your stay.

Activities & Lifestyle

Good to know
During the safari, you will enjoy hospitality and assistance, a minibus safari vehicle with a panoramic sunroof and a window seat during game drives with a local driver-guide, entrance fees and government taxes.

We advise you to bring soft luggage.
Transport to the safari site is by coach, but the game drives themselves are in minibuses for a maximum of 6 people with a local driver-guide.
Tips to guides are not included, please allow around 5 euros/day/person.

GOOD TO KNOW
Visa: All travellers to Kenya must have an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) before entering the Republic of Kenya (including minors).
No traveller can be accepted into Kenya without a visa or ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation).
The ETA will be issued within 3 days or 72 hours, but this may be shorter for nationals who were previously exempt.
Visas previously issued through the E-visa platform will still be honoured.
East African nationals will be exempt from the ETA requirement.
Children under the age of 16 who were previously exempt from the visa requirement will now need to apply for an ETA.
