ACCOMMODATION
Check-out time is usually in the morning (10 AM).
Check-in time is generally in the mid-afternoon (3 PM - 4 PM).
Children's age: 2 - 11 years / Infants not allowed.
The accommodation included in this trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
In Japan, hotel rooms are often quite narrow, and the bed sizes are small.
Option for staying in a single room with an additional cost.
Any specific request regarding the type of sleeping arrangement (double bed/twin beds) is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
For technical reasons, hotels may be substituted with similar accommodation, and the order of the stays may be reversed.
Please note that some hotels offer an eco-stay option (Bedding and room cleaning are done approximately every 3 days depending on the properties).
If due to the airline schedules the first and last day are shortened by a late arrival or an early departure, no refund will be issued. Similarly, any meal included in the meal plan that cannot be taken due to these schedules will not be refunded.
TRANSPORTATION
AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSFER BY SHARED SHUTTLE: The shared shuttle takes you directly from the airport to your hotel and vice versa. The shuttle may make multiple stops during the journey.
RAIL TRANSPORTATION: In Japan, trains are the most convenient mode of transportation for traveling. Both big cities and small towns are well-connected, with a diverse and highly functional Japanese railway network. It offers the opportunity to travel with the famous Shinkansen, the Japanese TGV, reaching speeds of up to 320 km/h!
AIRPORT TRANSFER BY LIMOUSINE BUS: The limousine bus connects the airport to the nearest bus stop to your hotel and vice versa. The vehicle makes multiple stops along the way.
PRIVATE TRANSFER: With private transfer, your driver meets you at the arrival hall of the airport and takes you directly to your hotel (and vice versa). Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name.
MEALS
Breakfast Package: If the first and last days are shortened due to airline schedules with a late arrival or an early departure, there will be no refund for meals. Depending on the schedule constraints of excursions or transports to destinations (train, bus, transfer, ferry, etc.), meals that cannot be taken at the hotel are at the clients' expense.
