If you find the same flight + Hotel or Hotel alone at a better price within 24 hours after the finalisation of your reservation on our site, we will offer you a promotional code of twice the value of the fare difference to be deducted from your next booking.

Validity of the comparison:

To obtain the promotional code, the price of the two offers must be available on both sites, your comparison must fulfill the following conditions:

For the flight:

• Same airline (marketing and operating)
• Same route (take-off/landing airport and connection)
• Same dates and times
• Same flight numbers
• Same class of travel (Economy, Business, First...)
• Same typology and number of participants
• Same services (luggage, choice of seats included/excluded)

For the hotel:

• Identical dates of stay
• Same room category
• Identical benefits (meal plan, service, prepayment...)
• Same price terms (local taxes included/excluded, etc...)

Excluded from the guarantee:

The price guarantee does not apply to competing offers whose price is lower thanks to promotional codes, loyalty card discounts or coupons.

The guarantee does not take into consideration offers with a transfer included, nor application fees.

The cover does not apply to offers published on sites originating in a different country to the country where the PerfectStay offer is published, and/or when payment is not available in the same currency as the currency of PerfectStay's offer.

The warranty does not apply to canceled reservations.

Terms of the guarantee:

After having verified that the aforementioned conditions are met, it is necessary to send an email to: garantieprix@perfectstay.com, all screenshots clearly identifying that all details of the offer demonstrating its eligibility for the the best price guarantee.

We will send you the promotional code within 15 working days of receiving your request.
