The Makati Diamond Residences 5-star hotel (local standards) offers fully equipped, high-end studios and apartments. Guests can enjoy an independent stay in the capital of the Philippines. This 5-star establishment includes luxurious services, featuring an indoor pool, a spa, a fitness room, and a TRX studio. Restaurants and bars complement the facilities. The prime location on Legazpi Street provides easy access to Ayala Avenue, which will delight shopping enthusiasts.

Studio

Settle into this spacious, fully equipped studio for a peaceful stay in Manila. You will sleep on an extremely comfortable double bed and have access to a private bathroom and kitchenette. Welcome snacks and drinks are provided free of charge upon arrival.

Makati Diamond Residences offers several dining and social spaces. Guests receive the Dining Card upon arrival to enjoy exclusive access to other partner establishments.

Alfred restaurant

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of the residence. Here you can enjoy your breakfast. The chefs prepare delicious dishes inspired by new American cuisine with French and Asian touches.

Pool Bar

This bar is located on the 4th floor of the hotel, just a few steps away from the lovely indoor swimming pool. After a few laps, you can sit down and enjoy a hot drink, a refreshing juice or a cocktail, depending on your preference.

Practical details

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.
Unless otherwise stated in the service description, activities and any additional services available at destination are provided in the language of the destination country and in English.

Travel documents

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Regarding the transport documents (in the case of a reservation with transport included), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.

Transportation

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not luggage is included at the time of your booking.
You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.

Formalities

Please refer to the information below for travel formalities to the Philippines as a Canadian citizen. Canadian passport holders planning to visit the Philippines for short-term tourism, leisure, or business purposes generally do not require a visa prior to departure for stays of up to approximately 30 days, provided they meet the entry conditions established by Philippine immigration authorities. Official guidance on visas and entry requirements is available through the Philippines Bureau of Immigration at https://immigration.gov.ph/visas/ , and information on specific visa categories or longer stays can be found on the official eVisa Philippines portal at https://evisa.gov.ph/page/policy . A valid Canadian passport must have at least six months’ validity beyond your planned departure from the Philippines and contain at least one blank page for entry and exit stamps. Upon arrival, Canadian citizens entering visa-free must present proof of onward or return travel and may also be asked for evidence of accommodation bookings and sufficient funds for the duration of their stay. All international visitors are required to complete the One-Stop Electronic Travel Declaration prior to travel via the official site https://etravel.gov.ph (https://etravel.gov.ph) and present the resulting QR code at airline check-in and at the port of entry. In terms of health requirements, there are currently no mandatory vaccinations for entry unless arriving from a yellow fever-endemic area, in which case a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required; routine vaccinations should be up to date and additional recommended vaccines should be considered. Travelers are also advised to hold adequate travel health insurance for their stay. Respect for local laws and identity checks is essential throughout your trip, and Philippine authorities enforce authorized length of stay and entry conditions strictly.
