If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. Canadian citizens must hold a valid passport to enter Spain. The passport must be valid for the entire duration of the intended stay.

Canadian nationals are exempt from visa requirements for short-term tourism or business stays in Spain and the Schengen Area, for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

Once the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is implemented, Canadian travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to departure. This authorization will be mandatory for entry into the Schengen Area.

Final admission to Spanish territory is determined by border control authorities upon arrival. Travelers may be required to present proof of onward or return travel, accommodation details, travel insurance, and sufficient financial means for the duration of their stay.

Travelers are advised to review health recommendations prior to departure. No vaccinations are mandatory for entry into Spain when traveling from Canada; however, routine vaccinations should be up to date. Travel insurance covering medical expenses is strongly recommended.

Travelers must comply with Spanish laws and regulations during their stay. Local laws may differ from those in Canada, and identity checks may be conducted by Spanish authorities.
