Rooms

The rooms and suites at the Blue Wave Suite Hotel are divided between four buildings arranged around the leisure and relaxation facilities. They feature a classic design and offer a relaxing atmosphere for both couples and families.

Economy Double Room

Located in one of the adjoining buildings, this room offers excellent value for money without compromising on comfort. The only difference from the other categories is the absence of a fitted balcony. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities designed to enhance their well-being, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

Standard Room [30 M2]

The Standard Room has a surface area of 30 m² and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. It can accommodate three adults and one child under 12. When you want to relax, you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy a drink.

Family Suite [40 M2]

The Family Suite is a combination of two bedrooms linked by a private door. It offers 40 m² of floor space. The main room has a double bed or two single beds, while the other has a single bed and a sofa bed. You can also relax on the furnished balcony.

Restaurants & bars

The Blue Wave Suite Hotel's main restaurant serves up generous buffets for each meal of the day, with a variety of dishes to please both young and old. There are also four bars where you can enjoy a mid-day snack or a thirst-quenching drink.

All-inclusive

Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, local branded drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as a range of services offered by the property (see conditions on site).

Main restaurant

Located on the lobby level, the main restaurant serves international cuisine designed to please all members of the family. The buffet also includes unmissable Mediterranean and Turkish specialities. For night owls, soup is served between 11 p.m. and midnight.

As well as being close to Alanya's long, sandy beach, the Blue Wave Suite Hotel boasts a plethora of fun activities for all ages.

The young and the young at heart will be delighted to try out the various attractions on offer at the water park. For more tranquil moments, another swimming pool awaits, as well as a wellness centre. Specifically for children, the kids' club has been refurbished to enhance their experience. In the evening, dance, music, and acrobatics shows are regularly organised. The nightclub also invites you to party the night away.

Practical details

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.
Unless otherwise stated in the service description, activities and any additional services available at destination are provided in the language of the destination country and in English.

Travel documents

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Regarding the transport documents (in the case of a reservation with transport included), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.
To take advantage of all your reserved services (hotels, transfers, activities, etc.), you will receive one or more exchange vouchers to be presented to each supplier.
The contact details of the establishment will be specified in these documents, to help make your arrival at your destination as straight-forward as possible.

Transportation

Choose an offer and, according to your preferences, opt for a seat in economy, business or first class.

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not luggage is included at the time of your booking.
You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.

Vaccinations

No vaccination is mandatory for travellers arriving from Canada. A yellow fever certificate is only required for travellers arriving from an endemic area. Routine vaccinations should be up to date.

Visa

For hotel stays:

The visa is mandatory. The tourist visa can be obtained online on https://visa2egypt.gov.eg (https://visa2egypt.gov.eg) (apply at least seven days before departure), on arrival in Egypt, or from the Egyptian embassy or consulate in Canada. Initially valid for one month, it can be extended at the immigration office in Cairo ("Mogamma'aa", Abbasseya). Overstaying without authorisation can result in a fine on departure.

The visa is subject to a fee: on arrival, USD 30 for a single entry, payable in cash in US dollars (the multiple-entry visa is only available online); online, USD 30 for a single entry and USD 65 for multiple entries. The visa sticker can be bought at all Egyptian international airports at counters open 24 hours a day. At Cairo airport, a digital visa on arrival (QR code) is also available: USD 36. From January 1, 2027, the single-entry visa fee is expected to rise to around USD 33 (amount still to be officially confirmed).

Travellers arriving directly at Sharm el-Sheikh airport and staying within the governorate (Sharm el-Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba) can obtain a free Sinai entry stamp valid for up to 15 days. To leave the governorate, an Egypt visa is required. The same applies to travellers arriving overland from Israel (Taba border). The Sinai stamp cannot be changed once in Egypt.

Holders of diplomatic, special or official passports must apply for a visa at the competent Egyptian embassy or consulate before arriving in Egypt. Otherwise, no visa will be issued on arrival and they will have to stay in the airport transit area, at their own expense, until they can leave Egypt.

Service fees (EUR 40 to 65 per person) may be requested on arrival at the airport, depending on your itinerary.

For organised tours:

The visa is provided by our local partner: USD 30 per person + EUR 40 to 100 per person in service fees (customary and mandatory tips for the boat/hotel staff, payable locally). Tips for guides and drivers are at the client's discretion and are not included in the service fees.

Identity

Canadian citizens travelling individually or in a group must hold a passport valid for at least six months after the date of departure from Egypt. When leaving Egypt, you must show the entry stamp in your passport.
