If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Canadian citizens must hold a valid passport to enter Indonesia. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Indonesia and must contain at least one blank page.

Canadian nationals may obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) or an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VoA) for short-term tourism or business travel. The visa is valid for an initial stay of 30 days and may be extended once for the same duration. The visa must be obtained prior to arrival or upon arrival, depending on the option chosen.

Final admission to Indonesian territory is determined by immigration authorities upon arrival. Travelers may be required to present proof of onward or return travel, accommodation details, and sufficient financial means for the duration of their stay.

Travelers are advised to review health recommendations prior to departure. Certain vaccinations may be recommended for travel to Indonesia, including hepatitis A and typhoid. A yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required if travelers have transited through or originated from a country at risk. Routine vaccinations should be up to date. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation is strongly recommended.

Travelers must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations during their stay. Local laws may differ from those in Canada, and identity checks may be conducted by local authorities.
