Day 1 | Arrival in Phuket and check-in at the hotel

Upon your arrival at Phuket airport, you will be greeted by our representative.

Transfer and check-in at the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy the rest of the day relaxing and taking advantage of the hotel's services.

Day 2 | Free Time in Phuket

Free day in Phuket: relax on the beaches, explore local treasures and markets, or enjoy the hotel's facilities. Use this day to discover the wonders of the Andaman Sea, local Buddhist temples, or have a unique experience with elephants.

Day 3 | Phuket at Leisure

Free day in Phuket: relax on the beaches, explore local treasures and markets, or enjoy the hotel's facilities.

Day 4 | From Phuket to Koh Yao Yai

In the morning, transfer by speedboat to Koh Yao Yai followed by check-in at the hotel. Enjoy the afternoon relaxing and exploring the hotel's amenities.

Day 5 | Koh Yao Yai at leisure

Free day on the island.

Koh Yao Yai Island is a preserved haven offering a unique blend of lush tropical landscapes, pristine beaches, and an authentic atmosphere. Day 6 | Koh Yao Yai at Leisure

Free day on the island: explore its wonders, relax on its wild beaches, or enjoy the hotel's facilities. For a full immersion, meet the island's inhabitants, discover their traditions and ancestral crafts, or explore the neighbouring islands.

Day 7 | From Koh Yao Yai to Khao Lak

Today, head to Khao Lak. Transfer by speedboat and minivan, then check into the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing and exploring the hotel's amenities.

Day 8 | Khao Lak at leisure

Free day in Khao Lak.

Khao Lak offers a variety of exciting activities for visitors. You can explore Khao Sok National Park for its spectacular landscapes and outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching. The Sai Rung and Lam Ru waterfalls are must-sees for nature lovers. The pristine beaches of Khao Lak are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, while boat trips to the Similan Islands and Surin Islands offer incredible diving and snorkeling opportunities among colourful reefs. Day 9 | Khao Lak at Leisure

Free day in Khao Lak: explore the natural treasures of the region, stroll along its endless sandy beaches, or enjoy the hotel's facilities. For a complete immersion, discover the Thai way of life: traditional fishing, offerings to Buddhist monks, and enjoy beautiful sunsets with a barbecue on untouched islands.

Day 10 | Khao Lak at leisure

Free day in Khao Lak. Enjoy this last full day to continue your exploration or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches.

Day 11 | Return to Phuket

Transfer to Phuket International Airport for your return flight. See you soon in Thailand!

During your tour, you will be accommodated for 10 nights in the following 5-star hotels (local standards) (or similar):

  • Phuket: 3 nights at the Marina Gallery Resort Kalim Bay 5-star in a Deluxe room
  • Koh Yao Yai: 3 nights at the Royal Yao Yai Island Beach Resort 5-star in a Grand Deluxe room
  • Khao Lak: 4 nights at the Kantary Beach Hotel, Khao Lak 5-star in a Suite

  • The establishments are rated 5-star according to local standards. The services provided may not be equivalent to the 5-star standards of European norms.
  • Hotels may be changed, subject to availability. However, we always strive to re-accommodate you in hotels of a similar category.

Accommodation

Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival at each hotel. The room must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in before 14:00 is charged at 100% of the room rate. In case of request for early arrival, the hotel will do its best to release a room before 14:00 without additional charge, but this is not guaranteed.
Any late check-out after 18:00 will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

Transfers

On this tour, airport/hotel transfers and transfers between hotels are included.
The sea transfers Phuket/ Koh Yao Yai/ Khao Lak are made by fast boat.
No transfer or vehicle is included on days off.

Practical details

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.

Travel documents

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Regarding the transport documents (in the case of a reservation with transport included), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.
To take advantage of all your reserved services (hotels, transfers, activities, etc.), you will receive one or more exchange vouchers to be presented to each supplier.
The contact details of the establishment will be specified in these documents, to help make your arrival at your destination as straight-forward as possible.

Transportation

Choose an offer and, according to your preferences, opt for a seat in economy, business or first class.

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not luggage is included at the time of your booking.
You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.
